Braggio s.n.c. based in Viale dell'Industria, 24 - 37068 Vigasio (VR), CF and P. Iva 02647540232 (later, Owner or Outlet of the Panel), as Data Controller, informs in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (later, GDPR) that the Data of natural persons residing in the European Union (later Customer or Interested), which the company has come into possession during the performance of its activity, will be processed with the following methods and for the following purposes.
Subject of the Treatment
The Data Controller process personal data (e.g. name, surname, tax code, email, telephone number, etc. later, personal data or even data) also acquired verbally or communicated by the Data Subject during registration on the website and/or at the time of registration to the Data Controller's newsletter service or at the time of execution of a contract in which the Data Subject is a party.

Legal basis and purpose of the Processing
Personal data is processed:
A) without the express consent of the Interested Party (art. 6-point F of the GDPR), to realize the object of the Owner's company, in particular:
fulfill the pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations deriving from existing relationships with the Customer;
to comply with the obligations laid down by law, regulation, Community legislation or an order of the Authority;
allow you to subscribe to the newsletter service provided by the Data Controller and any other Services that may be requested;
exercise the rights of the Data Controller.
B) subject to the specific consent of the Interested Party (Art. 6 lit. A of the GDPR), through specific information and separate from it, for the purposes indicated in it.
Please note that customers of Outlet del Pannello may be sent commercial communications relating to services and products of the Data Controller similar to those that the Customer has already used, unless the Interested Party expressly disagrees.
How to treat
The processing of the Customer's personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 n. 2 of the GDPR and precisely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion and destruction of data. Personal data are subject to both paper and electronic processing.
The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes referred to in art. 2 of this information and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship with the Customer. The data collected and not subject to storage determined by law will be stored for no later than 2 years from the termination of the relationship with the Data Subject.
The data will also be processed in compliance with the principle of confidentiality and security, in particular, all technical, IT, organizational and procedural security measures will be adopted so that the adequate level of data protection indicated by art. 32 of the GDPR.
Rights of data subjects
You have the right to be informed free of charge about your personal data stored by us, and,
where appropriate, the right to request their rectification or cancellation as well as the limitation of processing, as well as the right to authorise their transmissibility.
For questions regarding the collection, processing or use of your personal data, for information, relating to the right of access to the data, their rectification, to delete or block its use as well as for questions related to

Email advertising with newsletter registration
If you register for our Newsletter, we use the data strictly necessary and instrumental for this purpose or the data communicated by you separately, to send you our newsletter regularly by e-mail on the basis of your consent.

Access to Data
Customer data may be made accessible for the purposes referred to in art. 2.A) and 2.B) of this information:
employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as internal data controllers and/or managers and/or system administrators;
to third parties (for example, providers for the management and maintenance of the website, suppliers, credit institutions, professional firms, etc.) who carry out outsourcing activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as external data controllers.
Without the express consent of the Customer (art. 6lett.b) and c) of the GDPR), the Data Controller may communicate the data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.A) of this information to supervisory bodies, judicial authorities as well as© to all other subjects to whom communication is mandatory by law or necessary for the performance of the said purposes.
The management and storage of personal data will take place on the Data Controller's servers located within the European Union and/or third-party companies appointed and duly appointed as Data Processors. The servers are currently located in United States. The data will not be transferred outside the European Union. In any case, it is understood that the Data Controller, if necessary, will have the right to move the location of the servers to Italy and/or the European Union and/or non-EU countries. In this case, the Data Controller already assures that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions by concluding, if necessary, agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection and/or adopting the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.
Nature of data provision and consequences of refusal to respond
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.A) of this information is mandatory. Failure to provide will make it impossible for Braggio s.n.c. to follow up the current relationship with the Interested Party.
Rights of the data subject
As an interested party, the Customer has the rights referred to in art. 15 - 21 of the GDPR and precisely the rights of:
I. obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form;
Ⅱ. obtain the indication:
the origin of personal data;
purposes and methods of processing;
the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the help of electronic instruments;
the identification details of the holder, the managers and the designated representative;
of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of it as a designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or appointees;
updating, rectification or, when it is of interest to you, data integration;
the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that are not required to be stored in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
proof that the transactions referred to in (a) and (b) have been brought to the attention, including as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where such performance proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
Iv. oppose, in whole or in part:
for legitimate reasons for the processing of personal data concerning him, even if © for the purpose of collection;
the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for the purpose of carrying out market research or commercial communication, through the use of automated call systems without the intervention of an operator by email and/or through traditional marketing methods by telephone and/or paper mail. It should be pointed out that the right of objection of the person concerned, set out in point (b) above, for the purposes of direct marketing by automated methods extends to traditional methods and that in any case the possibility for the person concerned to exercise the right of opposition even in part remains. Therefore, the data subject may decide to receive only communications by traditional methods or only automated communications or neither type of communication.
Where applicable, the Customer therefore has the rights referred to in art. 15-21 of the GDPR, namely the right of access, the right of rectification, the right to be forgotten, the right of limitation of processing, the right to data portability, the right of opposition, as well as© the right of complaint to a Supervisory Authority.
Procedures for exercising rights
The Customer may at any time exercise his rights by sending:

The Data Controller's Services are not intended for children under the age of 18 and the Data Controller does not intentionally collect personal information relating to minors. In the event that information about minors is unintentionally recorded, the Data Controller will delete it in a timely manner, at the request of the data subject.

The Data Controller is Braggio S.n..c on behalf of his legal representative.
The updated list of data controllers and data controllers is kept at the data controller's premises.

Therefore, at the time of your order, your name, email and zip code are communicated to Flyer Tech through secure Web Services.
By placing an order on this website, you agree to the transmission and processing of your relevant data in the manner and for the purposes described above. The processing of such data simply allows Flyer Tech to send you ads, via email, of other eCommerce belonging to the Network Flyer Tech. The information obtained on the websites belonging to the Transactionale network is transmitted and saved for processing at the Flyer Tech server in France. This data is deleted after 30 solar days from the first communication.
