Sales contract

A sales contract means the contract that has as its object the purchase of goods and products remotely by a consumer customer and the supplier Braggio s.n.c. based in Viale dell'Industria, 24 - 37068 - Vigasio (VR), VAT number: 02647540232, that the contract is perfected using only the Internet technologies made available by the Supplier at the address

Buyer's commitments

The Customer, with the electronic confirmation of the order, declares that he has seen and accepts in full the conditions of sale and payment indicated in the purchase process and in this contract; it also undertakes to read, print and maintain the conditions of sale set out below as provided for in Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree No 185/1999. It is expressly forbidden to enter false and/or invented personal data within the data collection forms necessary for the completion of the order; it is also expressly forbidden to enter third-party data or make multiple registrations for a single Consumer.

The Supplier reserves the right to prosecute such actions and any other fraudulent action against you and/or against other Consumers.

For any dispute the competent court is that of Verona.

Order acceptance

The company reserves the right to approve the order (even if the system sends the order confirmation email immediately after filling it out) only after checking the accuracy of all the data. In case of non-acceptance of the order (for example for lack of personal data or for obvious errors of exposure prices to databases) Braggio s.n.c. guarantees timely communication to the Customer.

Sales prices VAT Included

All prices on our site (products, transport costs, payment costs, etc.) include 22% VAT.

Our sales prices may vary at any time depending on new agreements with our suppliers, promotions or individual increases/decreases in the price of the item.

It may therefore happen that on our reference partner sites (Idealo, Kelkoo, Trovaprezzi, etc.) the price they display does not correspond to the current price of the item. Our price is therefore always referred to.

It is understood that the images accompanying the descriptive sheet of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but differ in color, size, accessory products in the figure.

Product availability

Products in the : "To order" mode will be shipped within 15 working days (i.e. 3 weeks from the confirmation of the order) as they are ordered from our suppliers.

The products in the mode : "A few pieces: order now" will be shipped within 3-5 working days only if the product is actually still in stock and then in "Ready Delivery - available" otherwise it becomes like the "To order" mode.

Products in : "Ready Delivery" mode will be shipped within 3-5 working days.

If the order contains multiple products, the order will only be fulfilled when all items are ready for delivery.

Payment systems

1 ) Credit cards

Credit card orders issued only by the cardholder will be accepted. Payment security is guaranteed by the PayPlug institution and the transaction takes place directly on a protected area of their site. This payment method allows the user to provide their sensitive data directly to the Bank and not to the Outlet store of the Panel or to the service provider that manages it. Braggio snc reserves the right to request supplementary information from the Customer (e.g. landline telephone number) or the sending of a copy of documents proving the ownership of the card used. In the absence of the required documentation, Braggio snc reserves the right not to accept the order.

To greater guarantee and security of the Customer, at no time during the purchase procedure Braggio snc is able to know the information related to the buyer's credit card, transmitted through a secure connection directly to the website of the bank that manages the transaction. No computer archive of Braggio snc will retain such data. In no case can Braggio snc therefore be held responsible for any fraudulent and undue use of credit cards by third parties, when paying for purchasing products.

2) Early Bank Transfer

In case of payment by advance bank transfer, the items ordered by the customer will be retained until the receipt of proof of transfer, to be sent to Outlet del by e-mail ( no later than 5 (five) working days from the date of sending the e-Mail confirming the order.

The sending of what has been ordered will take place only at the time of the actual crediting of the amount due, which must take place within 10 (ten) working days from the date of acceptance of the order. After these deadlines, the order will be automatically canceled.

The reason for the bank transfer must necessarily include the order number, order date, first and last name of the customer who placed the order.

The availability of the products is to be evaluated only from the moment of accreditation.

3) PayPal

Choosing the payment solution PayPal will be charged to the buyer 0.0% of the total transaction to eventually make up for order management through this form of payment. If the user chooses as a means of payment PayPal, he will be re-directed to the site where he will make the payment of the Products according to the procedure provided for and governed by PayPal and the terms and conditions of the contract agreed by the user with PayPal. The data entered on the PayPal will be processed directly by the same and will not be transmitted or shared with Outlet del Pannello. Outlet del Pannello is therefore not able to know and does not store in any way the credit card data linked to the user's PayPal account or the data of any other payment instrument connected with that account.

In case of cancellation of the order or non-acceptance by Le Commerce, the amount will be refunded to the customer'PayPal account.

No.B. As a policy of PayPal will not be accepted orders with the destination of goods other than the one entered in your account PayPal.

It is not possible to request a deposit

4) Amazon pay

By choosing the Amazon Pay payment solution, the buyer will be charged 0.0% of the total transaction to eventually make up for order management through this form of payment. If you choose Amazon Pay as your means of payment, you will be re-directed to the site where you will pay for the Products in accordance with the procedure provided for and governed by Amazon Pay and the terms and conditions of the agreement you have agreed with Amazon Pay. The data entered on the Amazon Pay website will be processed directly by the same and will not be transmitted or shared with Outlet del Pannello. Pannello Outlet is therefore not able to know and does not store in any way the credit card data linked to the user's Amazon Pay account or the data of any other payment instrument connected to that account.

In the case of payment through Amazon Pay, the Total Amount Due will be charged by Amazon Pay to you at the same time as the conclusion of the online contract. In case of termination of the purchase agreement and in any other case of refund, for any reason, the amount of the refund will be credited to your Amazon Pay account. The credit times on the payment instrument linked to that account depend solely on Amazon Pay and the banking system. Once the credit order has been placed in favor of this account, Outlet del Pannello cannot be held responsible for any delays or omissions in crediting the refund amount to the user, to dispute which the user must contact Amazon Pay directly.

How to deliver

Only one mode of delivery can be chosen: standard delivery (understood as "road" or ground floor)

The goods always travel in "Insured Shipping", but so that© the insurance coverage is valid is an indispensable condition, if the customer finds anomalies at the receipt of the package, even a minimum scratch or break-in, accept the product writing on the document provided by the carrier:


To enforce insurance coverage, it is not enough to write down "YOU ACCEPT WITH RESERVATION" or "YOU ACCEPT WITH RESERVATION OF CONTROL", but the reason for the reserve must be explained in detail. If the carrier refuses to have a detailed reservation, the Customer MUST REFUSE the goods by communicating the incident to Outlet del Pannello by email or telephone.

We always recommend, if there are suspicious differences inside the package, to affix the words "I ACCEPT WITH RESERVE" to the D.D.T. of the courier and to indicate "Differences and suspicious noises" even if the packaging is intact.

Collection of goods

In case of non-collection within 5 (five) working days of the material in stock at the courier's warehouses due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the delivery indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, what ordered will be returned to our warehouses.

Any problems related to the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery (the date reported in the D.D.T. of the courier will be authentic).

Product warranty

To make use of the warranty, keep the invoice of the goods

The manufacturer's conventional warranty is applied on all products sold, while the 24-month warranty for lack of conformity is always applied on all products sold in accordance with the provisions of the D. Leg. 24/2002.

The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided in the manner described in the documentation inside the product packaging.

To enforce the warranty it will be sufficient to present the purchase invoice of the product received together with the goods.

For some products, moreover, the shipment of a guarantee coupon is required within the indicated deadlines. If necessary, the customer can choose whether to contact the nearest authorized service center or contact

Right of withdrawal

How to make use of the right of withdrawal (it is NOT provided for purchases made by companies/professionals with VAT number)

The Outlet del Pannello customer acting as a Consumer is granted the right of withdrawal from the contract, as provided for by the new Directive 2011/83/EU, implemented in Italy with IL D. LGS. 21 FEBRUARY 2014, N. 21.

It should be pointed out that this right is reserved only for natural persons, i.e. those private consumers who act for purposes outside their profession. There is no right of withdrawal for legal and natural persons acting, with reference to the purchase contract, in the professional field.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer who has made a purchase must communicate by e-mail the will to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Once the communication has been received, the customer service will quickly contact the customer informing him how to return the goods.

The customer must promptly carry out the shipment taking care to carefully pack the goods, where possible by inserting it in an external box avoiding damaging the original packaging with adhesive tapes, labels etc. The product must be returned in the original packaging complete with all its parts and accessories, including any guarantees, instructions, licenses of use, cables etc.

The shipping costs and the responsibility of the goods during the shipment, as required by law, are borne by the customer: it is therefore advisable to insure the products during shipping to the chosen courier. In case of transport damage that occurred during the return, Outlet del will communicate the same to the Customer within five working days of receipt of the goods, allowing him to complain to the courier used for transport. The damaged goods will be made available for return and the withdrawal request will be cancelled at the same time.

Upon arrival in the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from the transport. If the original packaging and/or packaging are spoiled, the Supplier will withhold from the refund due a percentage, however not exceeding 25% of the same, as a contribution to the restoration costs.

Without prejudice to any recovery costs for established damages, the Supplier will refund within 14 days the internal amount of the asset purchased by bank transfer in the current account indicated by the customer in the withdrawal form.
