THE SALES CONTRACT
Contract of sale
A sales contract is the contract that has as its object the purchase of goods and products at a distance by a consumer customer and the supplier Braggio s.n.c. with registered office in Viale dell'Industria, 24- 37068 - Vigasio (VR), VAT number: 02647540232, that the contract is concluded using only the Internet technologies made available by the Supplier at the address https://www.outletpannelli.it/gb/.
Buyer's commitments
The Customer, with the electronic confirmation of the order, declares to have read and fully accepted the conditions of sale (read in the appropriate section) and the payment conditions indicated in the purchase process and in this contract; it also undertakes to print and keep the conditions of sale as required by articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999. It is expressly forbidden to enter false and / or invented personal data within the data collection forms necessary for the completion of the order; it is also expressly forbidden to enter data of third parties or to make multiple registrations for a single Consumer.
The Supplier reserves the right to prosecute such actions and any other fraudulent action against him and/ or against other Consumers.
For any dispute, the competent court is that of Verona.
Order acceptance
The company reserves the right to approve the order (even if the system sends the order confirmation email immediately after filling it out) only after checking the accuracy of all the data. In the event of non-acceptance of the order (for example due to lack of personal data or obvious errors in displaying prices in the database) Braggio s.n.c. guarantees timely communication to the Customer.
