ARE ALL THE PRODUCTS CERTIFIED?

Certainly. Being first choice materials, produced directly in the factories of the major national manufacturers, the materials are subjected to strict checks and certifications both in ISO and EEC as required by current European legislation.

WHAT DOES SURMOUNT IN TWO PIECES OR THREE PIECES MEAN? HOW DOES THAT WORK?

When you are in the presence of very long pitches that exceed the maximum transportable length, or you have to arrive in narrow and narrow places, or not reachable with appropriate vehicles you tend to opt for the technique of surmounting. The technique of surmounting, is a technique used by professional installers, to be able to cover light points of considerable size by moving shorter panels and therefore lighter in weight. This technique is called Overlapping, or I surmount in several pieces in Italian. The surmount is an infinite technique, as it can be made in two pieces, three pieces, four pieces and so on.

This operation consists in removing to the upper panel both the lower sheet and the polyurethane foam insulation for a length between 150 and 200 millimeters. In this way the upper sheet is completely clean and free to overwhelm the panel located downstream.

at the same time the walkability and the scope of the same, without going to change the underlying supporting structure. In this way you can also contain transport costs, as well as installation costs as the panels will be smaller, and therefore lighter to move without forklifts, and at the same time making them easier and faster to assemble and fix in addition to the fact that the same will be transportable by national express carrier instead of by dedicated tractor (as is the case for XL panels over 300cm in length standard).

DO YOU MAKE HOME DELIVERIES?

Certainly. Being an e-commerce site, all products ready for delivery and purchasable directly online all benefit from home delivery by courier.

HOW MUCH DO YOU DELIVER?

Usually BRT processes deliveries between 2 (two) and 5 (five) working days including the peninsula and islands. For the messenger, which travels by hand without a pallet, delivery can take place even before this time

IS THE SHIPMENT TRACKED? HOW CAN I MONITOR IT?

Certainly. All shipments by express courier have a unique code to be tracked and monitored online in real time. Outlet del Pannello also has an automatic system, which will send the customer a summary e-mail with order, delivery details and tracking code when the shipment departs from the BRT HUB in Verona. In this way the customer can easily retrieve the tracking even without having to access our site.

The system also, for each status update as it happens on sites such as Amazon or eBay, will send an update by e-mail on the progress of the shipment (including any delays due to the courier).

CAN I RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR MY ORDER? IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE IT WITH B2B HEADER?

Certainly. When ordering, you can diversify your shipping data from your billing information at your convenience. If you need the B2B invoice, that is, in the name of a company, you can also fill in the fields COMPANY NAME, VAT NUMBER, SDI and PEC as required by current Italian tax legislation.

If the customer has not specified all the data to be able to issue a regular invoice, at the time of shipment we will issue the relative electronic fee as required by the Decree Law of 2017, regarding mail order sales.

Once the electronic fee has been issued, or if the month / quarter has already been closed in the accounts, the customer will no longer be able to convert the relative consideration into an electronic invoice.

We therefore invite customers to give us timely communication.

CAN I PAY BY BANK TRANSFER?

Certainly. Wire transfer is one of the accepted payment methods. At the time of confirmation you will receive by e-mail the order summary with the total amount, and with the relative bank details to which to make the transfer.

To speed up the procedure, the customer can anticipate by e-mail, to the address [email protected], the accounting of the operation otherwise the order will be processed only when the same is accounted for.

We remind you that in case of bank transfer, the goods will remain booked for a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days. If within this time we do not receive the credit, the goods will be unlocked and put back on sale.
