By sales contract we mean the contract that has as its object the purchase of goods and products at a distance by a consumer customer and the supplier Società Cooperativa Sociale Camminiamo insieme ONLUS with headquarters in Viale del lavoro , 16 - 37068 - Vigasio (VR), VAT number: 02496410230, that the contract is finalized using only the Internet technologies made available by the Supplier at the address


The Customer, with the electronic confirmation of the order, declares to have read and fully accepted the conditions of sale and payment indicated in the purchase process and in this contract; it also undertakes to read, print and keep the following conditions of sale as required by articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999.

It is expressly forbidden to enter false and / or invented personal data within the data collection forms necessary for the completion of the order; it is also expressly forbidden to enter data of third parties or to make multiple registrations for a single Consumer.

The Supplier reserves the right to prosecute such actions and any other fraudulent action against him and/ or against other Consumers.

For any dispute, the competent court is that of Verona.


The company reserves the right to approve the order (even if the system sends the order confirmation email immediately after filling it out) only after checking the accuracy of all the data.

In the event of non-acceptance of the order (for example due to lack of personal data or obvious errors in displaying prices in the database) Braggio s.n.c. guarantees timely communication to the Customer.


All prices on our site (products, transport costs, payment costs, etc.) are inclusive of VAT 22%.

Our sales prices may vary at any time depending on new agreements with our suppliers, promotions or individual increases/decreases in the price of the item.

It may therefore happen that on our partner sites of reference (Idealo, Kelkoo, Trovaprezzi, etc.) the price displayed by them does not correspond to the current price of the item. It therefore and always refers to our price exposed.

It is understood that the images accompanying the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but differ in color, size, accessory products present in the figure.

  • Products in "On order" mode will be shipped within 15 working days (i.e. 3 weeks from order confirmation) as they are ordered from our suppliers.

  • Products in "Pre-Order or Available on Booking" mode will be shipped within 15 working days (i.e. 3 weeks from order confirmation) as they are ordered from our suppliers.

  • Products in "Few pieces: order now" mode will be shipped within 24/48H working only if the product is actually still in stock, as another customer may have made the purchase a few seconds before his checkout

  • Products in "Prompt Delivery / Available" mode will be shipped within 24/48H.

  • If the order contains multiple products, the order will only be fulfilled when all items are ready for delivery.

Outlet del Pannello undertakes within the times indicated above to have proceeded with the preparation, packaging and preparation of the shipment; however, our company cannot be held responsible for any delays attributable to the courier (eg non-collection, delay in sorting the area HUB etc.) especially during periods with a high volume of orders (eg Black Friday, Christmas etc.)


You can choose only one delivery method: standard delivery (intended as "street" or ground floor)

The goods ALWAYS travel in "Insured Shipping", but for the insurance coverage to be valid it is an indispensable condition, if the customer should find anomalies upon receipt of the package, even a minimum scratch or break-in, accept the product by writing on the document provided by the carrier


To assert the insurance coverage it is not sufficient to note "YOU ACCEPT WITH RESERVE" or "YOU ACCEPT SUBJECT TO CONTROL",, but the reason for the reservation must be explained in detail.

If the carrier refuses to have a detailed reservation affixed, the Customer MUST REFUSE the goods by communicating the incident to Outlet del Pannello by e-mail or telephone.

We always recommend, if there are suspicious discrepancies inside the package, to affix on the D.D.T. of the courier the words "I ACCEPT WITH RESERVE" and to indicate "Discrepancies and suspicious noises" even if the packaging is intact.


In the event of non-collection within 5 (five) working days of the material in storage at the courier's warehouses due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, the order will be returned to our warehouses.

Any problems concerning the products received must be reported within 7 (seven) days of delivery (the date indicated in the D.D.T. of the courier will prevail).


To avail yourself of the guarantee keep the invoice / tax consideration of the goods.

The manufacturer's conventional warranty is applied to all products sold, while the 24-month warranty for defects of conformity is always applied to all products sold according to the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2002.

The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided in the manner described in the documentation inside the product packaging, or by explicitly requesting more information from Outlet del Pannello.

To assert the warranty it will be sufficient to present the invoice / tax purchase fee of the product received together with the goods.


How to exercise the right of withdrawal (it is NOT provided for purchases made by companies / professionals with VAT number)

The customer of Outlet del Pannello acting as a Consumer is granted the right of withdrawal from the contract, as provided for by the new directive 2011/83 / EU, implemented in Italy with IL D. LGS. 21 FEBRUARY 2014, N. 21.

It should be noted that this right is reserved only to natural persons, that is, to those private consumers who act for purposes unrelated to their profession. There is no right of withdrawal for legal and natural persons who act, with reference to the purchase contract, in the professional field.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer who has made a purchase must communicate by email [email protected] the will to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Once the communication has been received, the customer service will quickly contact the customer informing him of the methods for the return of the goods.

The customer must promptly make the shipment taking care to carefully pack the goods, where possible by inserting it into an external box avoiding damaging the original packaging with adhesive tapes, labels etc.

The product must be returned in its original packaging complete with all its parts and accessories, including any guarantees, instructions, licenses of use, cables etc.

The shipping costs and the responsibility of the goods during shipment, as required by law, are charged to the customer: it is therefore advisable to insure the products during shipment at the chosen courier.

In case of transport damage occurred during the return, Outlet del will notify the same to the Customer within 5 (five) working days of receipt of the goods, allowing him to file a complaint with the courier used for transport.

The damaged goods will be made available for return and the request for withdrawal will be simultaneously canceled.

Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If the packaging and / or the original packaging are damaged, the Supplier will withhold from the refund due a percentage, in any case not exceeding 25% of the same, as a contribution to the costs of restoration.

Without prejudice to any restoration costs for ascertained damages, the Supplier will refund within 14 (fourteen) days the entire amount of the goods purchased by means of the payment method used by the customer at the time of the order.

N.B. It is not possible to request the installation services and the warranty extension of the products for this type of orders.


The delivery times of the ordered goods vary depending on the availability of the same and the method of delivery.

Using transport by express courier, the Customer will receive the ordered product in a time ranging from 2 to 5 working days from the time of shipment based on the availability of the goods verifiable on the relevant product sheet at the time of adding the item to the cart.

This time range is to be considered indicative, as for reasons of force majeure not attributable to us the delivery may be delayed.

Outlet del Pannello assumes no responsibility for disruptions attributable to force majeure or delays caused by couriers, which prevent, in whole or in part, to execute the shipment within the times indicated in this contract.


The goods ready for delivery, are normally delivered between two and five working days on Italian territory (including islands) from the moment of confirmation of shipment of the order sent by email. Outlet del Pannello reserves a maximum time ranging from one to three working days to cut the goods to size, pack them and send them, except for unforeseen circumstances of the courier if the latter fails to perform the collection within the agreed times for reasons of force majeure (eg strike, reduced staff for health emergency etc etc.)

The goods on order, are normally delivered within 15 working days on the Italian territory (islands included) from the moment of the shipping confirmation sent by email. Outlet del Pannello reserves a maximum time of three working days to cut the goods to size, pack and ship them, except for unforeseen circumstances of the courier if the latter fails to perform the collection within the agreed times for reasons of force majeure (eg strike, reduced staff for health emergency etc etc.)

Traceability of delivery

Some couriers used by us issue a unique delivery code that we will have by e-mail at the time of shipment of the goods; with this code it will be possible to trace the goods directly on the courier's website as well as from its own reserved area here on the website. Even from within the email received automatically by our system, it will be possible to click on the unique code to proceed with the online tracking of the shipment also via smartphone.

If, on the other hand, the unique code is not available, the invoice number and the details of the courier will be indicated in the e-mail so that you can contact the courier itself by phone (eg for cases where the goods travel with dedicated transport on a tractor for large volumes).
