The company was founded in 1993 as TECNISO and immediately specialized in the construction of cold rooms, subsequently also addressing itself in the field of the construction of prefabricated structures.

TheItalpannelli consists of 3 production plants: one in Italy, in Abruzzo, one in Spain (Iberian Italpannelli ) and one in Germany (Italpannelli Deutschland), it is also present in Venezuela with its own distribution unit.
